ORDERS
When will my order arrive?
Everything is custom made. Orders will arrive in approximately two weeks. Bags and pillow orders will arrive in approximately 10 business days. Wall art takes a bit longer so around 14 to 21 business days. 

SHIPPING DESTINATION
Where do you ship to?
The “lower 48 states” meaning the contiguous United States
Why don’t you ship to other places?
I’m doing everything I can to keep this business at a small footprint and carbon neutral and since everything is made and shipped from the United States, it’s better for the environment if I do not ship further distances.

SHIPPING
How do I get free shipping?
All orders over $30 ship for free. They are shipped usually via USPS ground service.
Is there a faster option to ship?
Yes, you can pay for expedited shipping. However it will only speed it up by a couple days, the production time is still the same. 
Will I get a shipping notification? 
Yes, if you signed up for email notifications, you will get three to four emails with the order, the first with the order confirmation, the next when shipping label is created, and then another saying when it out for the delivery and arrival.
Will the shipping label email have the tracking number?
Yes, but please note the label is created before the item is ready to ship and sometimes the tracking will not show up even after it has shipped due to USPS economy shipping policies. However if you have not received the items within 12 days, then please contact me. 
I got a 'shipping update' email, what is this?
Shipping update emails are automatically sent when there is an update in printing the label or routing. They are sent out for your records, but you can ignore them as the shipping time should remain the same. 


HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Will my order take longer during holidays?
Not usually but to be safe, order a good two to three weeks ahead of holiday.

RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Upon receiving your order, if you are not a bit happier than you were before you had the item, then contact me and you can send it back for a refund. 
Or if your order arrives defective, please contact me for an exchange. 
Can I change my order once it is placed?
It’s best not to since order processing will begin as soon as you place the order.  However, as with any concern, please contact me right away and I’ll help get you get the order you want. 

STORE:
How long have you been in business? 
I just opened the store in November of 2021, so it’s very new and I’m very excited you're here and I get to share with you. 
Will you be adding new products and art? 
Yes, since I am always doing art, I will be continuing to add art on these and other products.

 

PAYMENT
Is my transaction secure? 
Yes, all purchases are made through Shopify and are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Any credit card information that you provide is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.
Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
